The inbound queue exceeds 90% of the policy defined queue size. No more datagrams will be accepted until this condition is alleviated. timestamp is the date and time the inbound queue for a UDP port became constrained. dipaddr is the destination IP address that triggered the storage constraint. dport is the destination port specified in the policy. qsize is the queue size specified in the policy. correlator is the IDS trace correlator. probeid is the unique identifier of the probe detection point.
