Explanation
 The Policy Agent that is acting as a policy server
is ready to provide services  for remote policy clients.  This message
is issued when the ClientConnection  configuration statement is specified
in the Policy Agent main configuration  file.  It is also issued after
the condition reported with message EZZ8788I has been corrected. See EZZ8788I for more information
about that message.
