Explanation
 The Network SLAPM2 subagent is unable to process
a MODIFY command. An  incorrect value was specified on the command. 
 value is
the incorrect value for the parameter parm. 
 parm is
the parameter that has the incorrect value.

System action
 The Network SLAPM2 subagent MODIFY command is
ignored. 

Operator response
 Verify that the parameter values for the
MODIFY command are correct and reissue  the command.  See the z/OS Communications Server: IP Configuration
