in the OMPROUTE database for the specified IP version.
 In the
message text: tblname
The name of the policy-based route table that was created.
ipversion
The IP version for which the policy-based route table was created.

System action
 OMPROUTE continues.  OMPROUTE will provide dynamic
routing support for the  policy-based route table according to the
dynamic routing parameters that are  created for the table.  The creation
of dynamic routing parameters is reported  using message EZZ8142I.
