Explanation
 The system startup file File_name could
not be accessed or created by the IBM® Network
Station Manager. In order to save a user startup file, the system
startup file must exist. The requested changes to the user startup
programs, menus, environment variables, or Internet network information
cannot be saved. See the message below for the specific cause of the
error.

 Correct the error and try the request again.
 If
the system file was damaged, delete the file and restore a previously
saved copy or create it again by selecting new startup or Internet
network information through the IBM Network
Station Manager.
