Explanation
The SNMP agent obtained an IPv6 address during initialization.
An IPv6 address  cannot be encoded in an SNMPv1 trap. When the agent
sends SNMPv1 traps, the  IPv4 address 0.0.0.0 will be encoded in the
traps.

System action
SNMP agent processing continues. The agent will encode the address
0.0.0.0 in  SNMPv1 traps.

Operator response
To force the SNMP agent to obtain an IPv4 address during initialization,
 restart the agent and specify the -A option. The agent will then
put its IPv4  address in outbound SNMPv1 traps.
