 Consult the Data Link Control (DLC) Status
Codes chapter in z/OS Communications Server: IP and SNA Codes for a description
of the status code for the link layer. If applicable, correct the
hardware problem and restart the device. If the last 4 digits if the
error code are 3332, then the most likely reason is that one of the
devices is offline. If the last 4 digits if the error code are 3016,
then the most likely reason is that the TRLE definition for the device
is not active.

 Perform the action described in z/OS Communications Server: IP and SNA Codes for the indicated status code.
