Explanation
 IPv6 forwarding support is enabled on the TCP/IP
stack indicated by tcpname.  The state of IPv6
forwarding support was changed as the result of an SNMP SET request
on the ip6Forwarding or ibmMvsIp6Forwarding MIB object.
 type is
the type of IPv6 forwarding that was enabled.  type can
either be NOFWDMULTIPATH or FWDMULTIPATH PERPACKET.
 tcpname is
the name of the TCP/IP stack.
