Explanation

The Netstat command attempted to retrieve information from the TCP/IP stack procname, but this stack is not currently active.

procname is the TCP/IP name.

System action

The Netstat program halts and exits.

Operator response

Contact the system programmer.

System programmer response

Start the TCP/IP stack named procname, and reissue Netstat command.
