Explanation
 A duplicate DESTINATION entry was found on the
SRCIP statement.   
 In the message text:
 destaddr
The duplicate destination address, or destination address and
 prefix length, specified on the SRCIP DESTINATION entry. If a prefix
length was  specified, the subnet address that results from applying
the prefix length to  the destination address is the same as a subnet
address that resulted from a  previous entry in the SRCIP statement
block.

System action
 TCP/IP continues. The first DESTINATION entry
is in effect. Any duplicate DESTINATION entries are ignored.

 Contact the system programmer.

System programmer response
 Correct the SRCIP statement and issue
a VARY TCPIP,,OBEYFILE command with the  updated profile. The SRCIP configuration statement is described in z/OS Communications Server: IP Configuration
