FORMAT SHORT IGNORED - IPV6 SUPPORT IS ENABLED

Explanation

The IPCONFIG FORMAT keyword only applies to stacks that are not enabled for IPv6. If the stack is enabled for IPv6, then the FORMAT keyword has no meaning.
