Parameter -g ignored. Parameter not valid when -U coded ExplanationThis message is issued by z/OS® UNIX Telnet server (otelnetd) if the -g parameter is specified when the -U parameter is also specified. The -g parameter causes otelnetd to disable gethostbyaddr and getnameinfo routines for the client IP address. The -U parameter causes otelnetd to drop connections from any IP address that cannot be mapped back into a symbolic name by the gethostbyaddr or getnameinfo routine. The -g parameter is ignored when the -U parameter is specified. System actionProcessing continues. Operator responseContact the system programmer.
