Dcbdsn parameter ignored.
Explanation
 The FTP server was processing the DCBDSN keyword
in the FTP.DATA file.  The data set name specified for the DCBDSN
data set, data_set, was not located on a direct
access volume.  The keyword is ignored and the FTP server continues
with the next keyword.

System action
 FTP continues.

Operator response
 Notify the system programmer.

System programmer response
 Change the  DCBDSN parameter of the
FTP.DATA file to specify a data set that is on a direct access volume.
