Explanation
 This message displays if the debug option is used.
The MVS™ platform called the SAF
interface to check the password of a user ID.  The password was not
valid.  Access is denied.

System action
 TCPIP continues.

Operator response
 Make sure that you used the correct syntax
for the password for the indicated user ID.  If you still have problems,
it could be that the password is not set up accordingly.  Refer this
to your system administrator for correction.

System programmer response
 Assist the operator as required.
