Explanation
 The task related user exit (TRUE) detected a monitor
call which is not supported for this version of CICS®.
 errno is the UNIX System Services return code.
 These return codes are listed in the sockets
and sockets extended return codes (ERRNOs) in  z/OS Communications Server: IP and SNA Codes.

System action
 The TRUE is disabled and the task abends with
an AEY9.
