EOFn STRING KEEP ⁄ DEL REQUIRED
Explanation
 If the STRING value is used when coding the end-of-file
rules (EOF) keyword for the EZAPPEFM macro, it must be accompanied
by a KEEP or DEL parameter. For information on these additions, see z/OS Communications Server: IP Network Print
Facility under the EZAPPEFM macro.  The EZAPPEFM macro
is not expanded.

   Add the KEEP or DEL parameter to
the STRING value in the coding of the EOF keyword of the EZAPPEFM
macro.
