System action
 The program marks the LUs as retryable and will
periodically attempt to open them.

Operator response
 Make sure the LUs are defined to VTAM and activated.

System programmer response
 Make sure the LUCLASS parameter in
the JCL specifies the correct set of LU names in the routing file.
Correct the startup parameter or the routing file. For more information
