z/OS ISPF User's Guide Vol II

You use the Library View to work with a ISPF library concatenations. The panel that appears in Figure 1 is the Library View entry panel for the Workplace.

When using this Workplace entry panel, you can select a data set or a group of data sets to work with in one of these ways:
  • Fill in the ISPF Library fields. These fields are used the same way as they are on other ISPF panels. You can use the traditional method of selecting a data set by entering its Project, Group, Type, and Member names in the ISPF Library fields. Omitting the Member name gives you a list of members to choose from.
  • Select an object or list of objects using "ISPF Referral lists for object retrieval". See ISPF referral lists for object retrieval for more information. You can access personal and reference lists, and then select libraries from these lists.
