The Tables panel action bar choices function as follows:

Menu

Utilities

View

Allows you to select whether the Add row, Modify row, and Display row panels are displayed in pop-up windows. By displaying the panel in a pop-up window, you can see the panel underneath and move the window. By displaying the panel as a full-screen display, you can see more data. The setting you choose will remain in effect until you change it.
