Type T on the Library Utility panel or against the member selection list to display the SCLM Transfer Ownership panel (FLMUSR#P).

The fields on the Transfer Ownership panel are:

Member to be updated

The member name you entered in the Member field on the SCLM Library Utility panel.

Old Member Userid

The ID of the user who currently has the member locked.

New Member Userid

The ID of the user who will control the member from now on.
