The performance of the edit recovery function can be enhanced by changing the block size of the edit recovery data set. This change is to the keyword EDIT_RECOVERY_BLOCK_SIZE in the ISPF configuration table. Similar fields exist in the ISPF configuration table for other less frequently used data sets.
