Outlist data set specifications

OUTLIST_RECORD_LENGTH: Record length of the temporary data set used by the Outlist utility.
The default is 133.
OUTLIST_BLOCK_SIZE: Block Size of the temporary data set used by the Outlist utility. Block size should be an even multiple of the record length unless a zero is specified for system determined block size.
The default is 13566.
OUTLIST_PRIMARY_QUANTITY: Primary number of tracks to be allocated for the Outlist Utility.
The default is 200.
OUTLIST_SECONDARY_QUANTITY: Secondary number of tracks to be allocated for the Outlist Utility.
The default is 100.
