ISPDTLC is the ISPF conversion tool that converts Dialog Tag Language (DTL) source files to ISPF panel language source format or executable preprocessed ISPF format. ISPF provides you with an invocation panel that allows you to specify a number of options for the conversion, or you can use conversion utility command syntax from the command line of your terminal.
