The RMF™ Monitor III Utility (see The Monitor III utility) is the most important tool at your disposal for writing user exits. It is dialog-driven, and helps you use the necessary ISPF table services and RMF data-retrieval interface. However, you should be familiar with ISPF, Dialog Management Services, and RMF if you want to create and implement your own exit routines.
