The CEETGCAA CWI, given a pointer to a CAA, returns a pointer to
CAA of the next thread in the enclave.

the next caaptr in the enclave.

- A 12-byte feedback code passed by reference. The following symbolic

Note: Upon first call, the caaptr value
most likely should be register 12 of the active thread. Because this
is a loop, this service can then be repeatedly called until the original caaptr value
is encountered again.
