This topic contains annotated code sequences for FASTLINK linkages (calls, prologs and epilog). These code sequences will, in general, be used by FASTLINK C++ and HPCJ but they are not necessarily exhaustive. Thus the compiler may have to supplement it to meet compiler-specific requirements like dealing with long argument lists. C-to-FASTLINK is shown as an illustrative example — there currently is no support in either C++ or HPCJ for old-to-new linkage.
