A malfunction in running an Enterprise PL/I routine can be caused
by:
- Logic errors in the source routine
- Invalid use of Enterprise PL/I
- Unforeseen errors
- Invalid input data
- Compiler or runtime routine malfunction
- System malfunction
- Unidentified routine malfunction
- Overlaid storage
