Setting the exception handling behavior
of your routine affects the response that occurs when the routine
encounters an error. You can modify exception handling behavior in
the following ways:
- Application program interfaces (API)
- User-written exception handlers
- POSIX functions (used to specifically set signal actions and signal
masks)
