Allows the user to control how the C library sets the default umask
used when the program runs. If
z/OS® UNIX services are available, the
possible values of the _EDC_UMASK_DFLT environment variable are:
- NO - the library will not change the value
- a valid octal value - the library sets this as the default
- any other value - the library uses 022 octal as the value.
