Explanation

IDF was invoked with the NUCEXT option, but the target program is not currently present in storage as a CMS Nucleus extension.

IDF processing is terminated.

User response

Use the CMS NUCXLOAD command to load the target program as a CMS Nucleus extension, then invoke IDF.
