Explanation
A valid ADATA header record was expected, but not found.
The ADATA file may be corrupt, or may contain invalid data.

User response
Recreate the ADATA file and try again.
Ensure that the version of the High Level Assembler
being used to create the file is not higher than that
of the ASMPUT.
Also ensure
that the recommended maintenance level as documented
in the ASMPUT installation instructions has been applied.
If the problem persists, report it to IBM service.
