Explanation
The OBJ END record contains
the length of a control section.

System action
The item is discarded, and
processing continues. No ELF object file is produced.

User response
The object file might be old,
possibly produced by a language translator that put the section length
on the OBJ END record. (This condition does not arise with object
files produced by High Level Assembler.)
