an earlier setting.
Explanation
The option yyyyyyyy specified in a *PROCESS statement
overrides an earlier setting of the option on the same statement or
a previous *PROCESS statement.

System action
If installation option PESTOP is specified, the assembly stops.
If installation option NOPESTOP is specified, the assembly continues
using the last conflicting option encountered.

Programmer response
Correct the *PROCESS statement error and resubmit the assembly.
