Explanation
The operand of a PUNCH or TITLE statement does not begin with an
apostrophe, or the operand of a PUNCH, MNOTE, or TITLE statement does
not end with an apostrophe, or the ending quotation mark is not followed
by a space.

The statement is ignored.

Programmer response
Supply the missing apostrophe. Be sure that an apostrophes to be
punched or printed as data is represented as two apostrophes.
