Illegal use of symbolic parameter - name
Explanation
 A symbolic parameter was used in
the operand field of a GBL or LCL statement or in the name field of
a SET statement. In other words, a variable symbol has been used both
as a symbolic parameter and as a SET symbol.

System action
 The statement is ignored.

Programmer response
 Change the variable symbol to one that
is not a symbolic parameter.
