The ACTIVE subparameter specifies the percentage of maximum CSA available to DFSMShsm for both WAIT and NOWAIT MWEs when DFSMShsm is active. Until this limit is reached, all MWEs are accepted. After this limit has been reached, only WAIT MWEs from batch jobs are accepted. The active limit is a percentage of the DFSMShsm maximum limit; the DFSMShsm default is 90%.
