When doing a generic RECYCLE or TAPECOPY, a tape volume marked as having a disaster alternate volume that is otherwise selected is skipped. A specific volume RECYCLE or TAPECOPY for such a volume fails; message ARC0424I is issued for a TAPECOPY failure and message ARC0445I is issued for a RECYCLE failure.
