Specifying whether DFSMShsm performs spill processing

When DFSMShsm performs backup to DASD volumes, the DASD volumes can become full. If this occurs, DFSMShsm can perform the spill process, which moves older backup versions of data sets to other volumes, known as spill volumes. Spill volumes are typically tape volumes.

Because the example system uses tape for backup volumes, no spill processing is possible. Therefore, the following command is added to the ARCCMDxx member in each host:
