REQUEST, USERID, and DATASETNAME: Specifying the requests to be reprioritized

Explanation

REQUEST, USERID, and DATASETNAME are mutually exclusive, required parameters that identify the requests to be reprioritized.

REQUEST(reqnum): Requests having the specified request number reqnum are to be altered in queuing priority.
USERID(userid): Requests issued by the specified user userid are to be altered in queuing priority.
DATASETNAME(dsname): Requests for the specified data set dsname are to be altered in queuing priority.

You can use the QUERY REQUEST command to determine the request number of a request for which you want to alter the queuing priority.
