Restore Microsoft Dfs junctions

To restore Microsoft Dfs junctions, you must restore Microsoft Dfs root.

If you select the junction point itself, Tivoli® Storage Manager restores data under junction, but not the junction itself. If you select a junction point that no longer exists under Dfs root, Tivoli Storage Manager creates a local directory under Dfs root with the same name as the junction before restoring data.
