modifySCAImportMQBinding command
Use the modifySCAImportMQBinding command to change the attributes of a WebSphere® MQ import binding.
The modifySCAImportMQBinding command changes the JNDI name of one or more of the resources associated with a WebSphere MQ import binding.
The following circumstances cause an SCACommandException to
be thrown:
- A resource of an invalid type is specified.
- A resource is specified that does not exist.
Location
Start the wsadmin scripting client from the install_root/profiles/deployment_manager_profile/bin directory.

modifySCAImportMQBinding
-moduleName moduleName
-import import_name
[-applicationName applicationName]
[-connectionFactory connectionFactoryName]
[-sendDestination sendDestinationName]
[-receiveDestination receiveDestinationName]
[-activationSpec activationSpecName]
[-listenerPort listenerPortName]
Required parameters
- -moduleName moduleName
- The name of the SCA module associated with the import.
- -import import
- The name of the import.
Optional parameters
- -applicationName applicationName
- The name of the application.
- -connectionFactory connectionFactoryName
- The JNDI name of the connection factory.
- -sendDestination sendDestinationName
- The JNDI name of the send destination.
- -receiveDestination receiveDestinationName
- The JNDI name of the receive destination.
- -activationSpec activationSpecName
- The JNDI name of the activation specification.Note: This parameter is valid only for Version 7 applications that have been deployed to the runtime environment.
- -listenerPort listenerPortName
- The JNDI name of the listener port. Note: This parameter is valid only for Version 6 applications that have been deployed to the runtime environment.
Example
To change the send destination of a WebSphere MQ
import binding called Import1 in a module called MyMod to
MyDest:
