RemoteEvent (MQLONG)
This controls
whether remote error events are generated. It is one of the following
values:
- MQEVR_DISABLED
- Event reporting disabled.
- MQEVR_ENABLED
- Event reporting enabled.

To determine the value of this attribute, use the MQIA_REMOTE_EVENT selector with the MQINQ call.
