Creating programs

You create a program to coordinate objectives for multiple related projects. Programs facilitate the planning, management, and oversight of the various projects. For example, the finances for all projects would roll up under the program, and the program would maintain a master schedule of the key project dates.

1. Select Projects and go to Programs.
2. Go to the Related Links - Program > Programs and Funding Sources > Create a Program.
3. Enter the program data on each of the tabs, and select Create Draft.
4. Issue the program.
