Planning facilities, spaces, and moves
You can use the IBM® TRIRIGA® application to track facility planning, space utilization, space use agreements, move plans, and other related operations.
- Space management implementation
The implementation of space management involves installing the required software, applying user roles and classifications, and importing portfolio data into business object records, including space records. After the portfolio data is imported, you can associate spaces with organizations and allocate people to spaces. - Strategic facility planning
You use IBM TRIRIGA Strategic Facility Planning to understand core business demands, simplify complex planning analysis, and streamline the implementation of facilities plans. - Managing spaces and moves
You can use the IBM TRIRIGA space management feature to maintain space plans and track space utilization data in buildings and structures. You can also manage people and assets that are in the space, and coordinate property transactions. Meanwhile, you can use the IBM TRIRIGA move management feature to submit and process self-service move requests, create move designs, and plan move projects. You can also use IBM TRIRIGA CAD Integrator/Publisher to integrate your computer-aided design (CAD) applications with the IBM TRIRIGA product. - Managing reservations and reservable resources
You use the IBM TRIRIGA Workplace Reservation Manager application to manage the reservations of shared rooms such as meeting spaces and workspaces, shared equipment such as projectors, and shared vehicles. You can request a reservation as a self service user, create a reservation as a help desk agent, and process requests as an event center coordinator. You can incorporate service providers such as food service vendors, and work tasks such as room setup, room breakdown, equipment delivery, and equipment pickup. For added flexibility in reserving rooms, you can also integrate the application with Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Outlook.
