You can use the IBM® TRIRIGA® application to track real estate transactions, real estate contracts, asset leases, lease accounting, and other related processes.

  • Planning real estate transactions and projects
    In the IBM TRIRIGA Real Estate Manager application, you can plan the real estate transactions and real estate projects for your company. You can organize portfolio plans, implementation plans, and transaction plans for your real estate portfolio. You can also request real estate actions to generate specific types of transaction plans. From each transaction plan, you can identify the transaction scenario and project transactions that represent the best real estate solution.
  • Managing leased and owned property contracts
    In the IBM TRIRIGA Real Estate Manager application, you can manage real estate contracts and asset lease contracts. You can store contract documentation, conditions, clauses, options, and financial transactions in one central repository. The application contains automated notifications and alerts about upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates. The application also shows required actions and contract options to avoid overpayment and late fees. You also use the application tools to create financial reports, maintain payment processes, and satisfy regulatory requirements in lease accounting and allocations.
