- This can be used as an indicator
of the completion level of the rebalancer.
You can monitor the progress of rebalancing by keeping track of the
change
in this element over time. You can use tablespace_state and rebalance_mode
to check if the rebalancing is completed. This is only applicable
to a DMS
table space.
