on the entire database.

databases created before V9.7 and
then upgraded to V9.7 or
higher, the mon_obj_metrics parameter is set
to NONE by default.
If you set this configuration parameter to
BASE,
all metrics reported through the following interfaces will be collected:
- MON_GET_BUFFERPOOL
- MON_GET_TABLESPACE
- MON_GET_CONTAINER
If you set this configuration parameter
to NONE, the metrics reported through the listed
interfaces will not be updated.
