If the ABIND subsystem parameter is set to NO and you use the generated JCL to install or update the DB2®-supplied routines, then you need to resubmit the DSNTIJRT installation job afterwards with the MODE(INSTALL-PREVIEW) option. That action identifies and generates BIND statements for any packages that were invalidated. Finally, you must process the generated BIND statements.
If the ABIND subsystem parameter is set to YES, or if you run the DSNTIJRT job without the PREVIEW option, then no action is required because DB2 rebinds any invalidated package automatically.
