Setting the active build configuration

You can set the active build configuration in InfoSphere® Streams Studio.

About this task

A Main composite can be associated with one or more build configurations. An active build configuration is used to build the Main composite when its project is built. Non-active build configurations are only built if the Build action is manually invoked. A Main composite can have only one active build configuration at a time.

To set a build configuration as the active build configuration:

Procedure

From the Project Explorer view, select and right-click on the build configuration.
From the menu, select Set active.
The selected build configuration is set as active. Active build configurations are annotated with the [Active] label. The Main composite is also decorated to show its active build configuration as follows: <Main Composite> [Build: <name of active build configuration>].
