Debugging streams processing applications

Overview
The Streams Debugger (sdb) provides a command-line interactive debugger for debugging streams processing applications.

Debugging a stand-alone application
The SPL compiler allows compilation of an application into a stand-alone executable program.

Debugging a distributed application
A streams processing application is debugged in a job that is submitted to a running InfoSphere® Streams instance.

Debugging with the Streams Debugger
When the application is started either in stand-alone mode or distributed mode, the Streams Debugger displays initial messages and presents a command line.
